What is included in a move-out clean?

A move-out clean covers every room in the property top to bottom: all floors vacuumed and mopped, all surfaces wiped, all windows and sills cleaned, all bathroom fixtures scrubbed and descaled, and all kitchen appliances cleaned inside and out including the oven and fridge. Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most clients arrange access — a key drop, lockbox code, or building superintendent — and return to a cleaned property. We are fully insured on every job, and you will receive confirmation when the clean is complete.

What if my landlord is not satisfied with the clean?

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If your landlord identifies anything we missed during their inspection within 24 hours of our clean, contact us and we will return to address it at no charge. This guarantee exists specifically because we know a move-out clean has to pass someone else's standard, not just your own.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our team arrives with all products, equipment, and supplies needed to complete the job. You do not need to provide anything.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Is move-out cleaning the same as deep cleaning?

Not quite. Both are thorough cleans, but a move-out clean specifically includes appliance interiors (oven, fridge, microwave), all cabinet and drawer interiors, and window tracks — items that are not always included in a standard deep clean. A move-out clean is also scoped to meet a landlord's inspection standard, which is a different benchmark than a personal deep clean.
