Dust accessible shelves, ledges and surfaces throughout bedrooms and living areas. Empty rooms give the team access to areas usually covered by belongings.
Mirrors & Interior Glass
Wipe mirrors and accessible glass surfaces. Confirm interior windows, tracks and screens separately so the agreed scope matches your handover needs.
Cabinets & Kitchen Surfaces
Clean countertops, sinks and cabinet exteriors. Confirm cabinet and drawer interiors, fridge interiors and oven cleaning in your selected scope before the visit.
Floors, Edges & Corners
Vacuum and mop accessible floors using methods suited to the material. Pay attention to edges and corners once furniture and moving boxes are removed.
Bathrooms & Washrooms
Clean toilets, sinks, taps, tubs and showers, addressing everyday soap residue and buildup. Wipe mirrors and accessible bathroom surfaces.
Doors, Trim & Fixtures
Wipe accessible doors, frames, baseboards, switches and fixtures. Flag wall marks and delicate finishes in advance so suitable work can be confirmed.
Inside the oven, fridge and kitchen cabinets, blinds and interior windows can be added as extras when you book. Furniture removal, rubbish disposal, mould, pests and construction debris aren’t included.

FLAT-RATE PRICING
How Much Does Move-Out Cleaning Cost?
A move-out clean for a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home of 1,000-1,499 sq ft is $358 before HST. A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home of the same size is $386.
Your price depends on size, bathrooms, basement and extras, and you’ll see it in our booking tool before you book. If the home’s condition is very different from what was booked, we’ll agree any extra work with you before starting.
