How long does a deep cleaning take?

Duration depends on the size and condition of your home. Here are our typical timeframes: Homes with heavy buildup, significant grease, or that haven't been professionally cleaned in a long time will take longer. Let us know the condition of your home when you book and we will account for it in your quote.

Should I book a deep clean before starting regular cleaning?

Yes, and we recommend it. A deep clean creates a proper baseline — every surface, appliance, and floor brought to a genuinely clean state. Regular maintenance cleaning is significantly more effective and efficient when it starts from a clean baseline. Most clients who book ongoing service with us start with a one-time deep clean first.

Do I need to be home during the deep clean?

No. As long as we have access to your home, you do not need to be present. Many clients provide a key or lockbox code and return to a fully cleaned home. We are fully insured on every job and you will receive confirmation when the clean is complete.

What if I'm not satisfied with the deep clean?

We stand behind every job with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you notice anything that was missed or not cleaned to the standard you expected, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address it at no charge. Our goal is simple: when you walk in, the home should feel genuinely reset.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our team arrives with all products, equipment, and supplies needed to complete the job. You do not need to provide anything. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for all surfaces, children, and pets.

How often should I book a deep clean?

Most clients book a deep clean once or twice a year alongside regular maintenance cleaning — typically as a seasonal reset in spring and fall. If you are starting from scratch with a home that has not been professionally cleaned in a while, begin with a deep clean and then move into a regular cleaning schedule. We can advise on frequency based on your home size and lifestyle when you book.

Window Sills, Frames & Door Glass

Clean accessible window sills and frames, plus interior glass on front and patio doors. Window panes, tracks and blinds are separate extras to discuss when booking.

Bedrooms & Living Areas

Dust and wipe accessible furniture and table-top surfaces. Clean mirrors, empty bins, and cover hallways and staircases within the agreed areas.

Carpets & Hard Floors

Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop hard floors in the agreed rooms. Let us know about flooring that requires special care. Carpet shampooing is not included.

Kitchen Surfaces & Backsplash

Clean counters, table-top surfaces, sink and stovetop. Wipe appliance and cabinet exteriors, clean the backsplash, and clean the microwave inside and out.

Baseboards & Door Frames

Clean accessible baseboards and door frames as part of the deep-cleaning detail. Flag heavy buildup or delicate finishes so we can confirm the right scope.

Need Something Extra?

Ask about oven and fridge interiors, inside cabinets, windows and tracks, blinds, a basement, garage or patio, or dishwasher loading. We confirm inclusion and any additional charge before the visit.

Service exclusions: Our published checklists exclude chandeliers, fragile items, exterior windows, animal waste, biohazards, infestations, and mould or mildew. Construction dust and renovation residue need a separately scoped post-construction clean.
