These are the areas we review when scoping a final post-construction clean. Your quote identifies the rooms, surfaces and tasks included for your site.
Dust Removal, Top to Bottom
Dust removal from accessible surfaces, ledges and exterior vent covers, working downward so settled dust is addressed before the floors.
Interior Glass & Frames
Cleaning accessible interior glass, mirrors, frames and sills. Paint, labels and adhesive removal depend on the surface and agreed scope.
Cabinets & Countertops
Cleaning accessible cabinetry, shelving and worktops. Flag cabinet interiors, protective film and adhesive residue when requesting your quote.
Floors, Edges & Corners
Vacuuming and cleaning floors with methods suited to the material, including edges and corners where renovation dust tends to gather.
Kitchens & Washrooms
Detailing sinks, taps, counters, toilets and other installed fixtures to remove dust, fingerprints and residue from the building work.
Doors, Trim & Fixtures
Detailing door frames, baseboards, switches and accessible fixtures. Wall cleaning is assessed against the finish and its condition.
Need high-access work, exterior glass, bulk debris removal or specialist cleaning? Include it in your enquiry so availability and any separate scope can be confirmed. Internal duct cleaning and hazardous-material remediation are not part of the standard cleaning checklist.

Final Clean
The detailed clean after the dust-producing work is finished, covering surfaces, fixtures, glass and floors in the agreed scope.

03 / AFTER FINAL VISITS
Touch-Up Clean
A targeted return visit for newly settled dust, fingerprints or tracked-in marks following minor work or site visits.
