We then use dry microfibre cloths to wipe down ceilings and walls from top to bottom — dry first, because wet cloths can turn fine dust into paste on certain surfaces. Once the initial dry pass is complete, we follow with several damp cloth passes on all surfaces, walls, and fixtures, then mop the floors on our way out of each section. We begin by removing large debris and waste from the areas to be cleaned. We sweep floors to clear loose material, then run the HEPA vacuum across all surfaces. Dry microfibre wipe-down of ceilings and walls follows, then a full damp pass to capture remaining fine particles. We deep clean windows, cabinets inside and out, and address paint and plaster residue with appropriate products for each surface type.
